Calamba Water District (CWD) is a Government Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) and legalized under Municipal Board Resolution No. 82, Series of 1974 of the Municipal Council of Calamba pursuant to PD 198, as Amended. It uses the direct pumping from Spring and Groundwater Deepwells.

The Calamba Water District basically offers wide range of water connections in the City of Calamba both residential and commercial institutions.
What are the requirements for applying new connection?

During Application

1. Orientation (Tuesday or Thursday 9:00AM - 11:00AM)
2. Php. 102.00 Filing Fee
3. Sketch of Location

Upon Settlement of Application

1. Certificate of Inspection
2. Brgy. Clearance for Water Connection
3. Copy of any Valid Government ID
4. Copy of Land Title or any Similar Document
5. Water Bill Reciept of Nearest Neighbor
6. Authorization Letter and ID of Representative
7. Certificate From Homeowners Association
8. Others

What are the procedures for applying connection?
1. Attend Orientation (Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00AM to 11:00AM)
2. Submission/Approval & payment of application with P102 application fee (Commercial Dep't).
All application will be submitted to Engineering Dept.
at the end of the day.
3. Estimator will visit the site (Engineering Dept.)
4. Approval of application (Engineering Dept.)
5. Quotation of available materials
6. Costing of materials and approval of requirements
7. Payment of new connection fee (Admin Dept.)
8. Schedule of tapping (Engineering Dept.)
9. Installation of water (Engineering Dept.)
What are the procedures of re-connections?
(Not more than 3 months)

1. Get the Order of Payment (Commercial Dept.)
2. Pay the re-connection fee of Php 102.00 and additional Water Bill deposit, if necessary, to Cashier (Admin Dept.)
3. Pay the water bill total balance to Bill Collector (Ground floor).
4. Fill up the Service Request Form(Commercial Dept.).
The personnel will visit the site within the day.


(More than 3 months)

1. Get the Estimate Form (Commercial Dept.).
This form will be submitted to Engineering Dept. for inspection.
2. Get the Order of Payment (Commercial Dept.).
3. Pay the re-connection fee of Php 102.00 and additional Water Bill deposit, if necessary, to Cashier (Admin Dept.)
4. Pay the Water Bill total balance to Bill Collector (Ground floor).
5. Fill up the Service Form Request (Commercial Dept.).
The personnel will visit the place 3-5 days after the filing of re-connection.
